My name is Erika and I am the owner of Roots ‘n Blooms. I am the sole employee, however nothing would be possible without the help of my husband to spread compost and his carpentry skills. We live onsite with our one year old son as well as a cat and a dog, Lucy, who you will most likely encounter if you visit us at the farm.

I have been interested in agriculture since 2013 as I worked on various educational farms and as I started to grow my own produce and flowers. I quickly found a passion for wanting to share the peace and excitement that I find when I am in God’s creation with the people around me and sharing flowers allowed me that connection.

In 2019, I decided to grow my own flowers for my wedding and after that, I was hooked for larger scale flower production. In 2020, Roots ‘n Blooms was formed to now offer bouquet subscriptions, bouquets at our farm stand, bulk flowers to florists, dried floral wreaths, fresh evergreen wreaths and event florals. In 2022, along with the help of my Dad and husband, the Roots ‘n Blooms flower bar trailer was refurbished to attend craft shows and is now available for rent at private events.

We love being outside as a family doing whatever activity we can find from hiking, hunting, and making maple syrup. However, if it is an evening from April to October, you can be sure to see me out in the flower field if you drive by. We hope to meet you soon and thank you for choosing Roots ‘n Blooms!
